Aplicación, Registro y Pago de los Tributos en la empresa “Puma, La Dalia” del municipio El Tuma-La Dalia, departamento de Matagalpa en el periodo 2017
Se realizó estudio sobre análisis del. Registro, Aplicación y Pago de los Tributos en la empresa “Puma, La Dalia” del municipio El Tuma-La Dalia, departamento de Matagalpa en el periodo 2017. Surge con el propósito de valuar el registro, aplicación y pago de los tributos en la empresa “PUMA, La Dalia”, del departamento de Matagalpa en el año 2017. Toda empresa tiene el deber de reconocer diferentes tipos de tributos, el cumplimiento de los tributos es importante y depende de un buen registro, aplicación y pago de estos. La importancia de este trabajo radica en la Implementación del buen registro, aplicación y pago de los tributos en la empresa “PUMA, la Dalia” de conformidad con las leyes fiscales establecidas, para que la empresa no incurra en riesgos fiscales y así pueda establecer mecanismos que le permitan una muy buena administración fiscal. Se pudo observar que en la empresa “PUMA, la Dalia”, cuenta con los mecanismos necesarios para el correcto registro, aplicación y pago del Impuesto sobre la Renta cumpliendo con las disposiciones que establece la ley de concertación tributaria y demás leyes y reglamentos que rigen el ejercicio fiscal. Una buena implementación de registro de tributos le ayuda a la empresa “PUMA, la Dalia” a evitar las sanciones y multas por incumplimiento de la deuda tributaria, es bueno destacar que la responsabilidad recae sobre la contadora de la empresa, por ende es indispensable que ante las transformaciones que sufre la ley, se actualice y evite cualquier problema que afecta la entida
Guarda Compartilhada: Entre o Superior Interesse da Criança e as Responsabilidades Parentais
This article proposes to examine the application of joint custody in Brazil, based on the analysis of the contemporary model for allocating parental responsibilities. The premise of the study is that the affirmation of the best interests of the child and adolescent determines the adoption of criteria to ensure children and adolescents the developing in healthy family environment. In order to enable an understanding of the consequences of the choice of joint custody model were used sociological and historical elements. In developing this work were also analyzed judicial precedentes. The conclusion is that joint custody corresponds to the model that best meets the interest of children but may be rejected if this interest is not met under the circumstances of the case.O presente artigo propõe a análise da aplicação da guarda compartilhada no Brasil, a partir da análise do modelo contemporâneo de atribuição de responsabilidades parentais. A premissa do trabalho é de que a afirmação do superior interesse da criança e adolescente determina a fixação de critérios de convivência familiar que garantam às crianças e adolescentes o desenvolvimento em ambiente familiar saudável. Para tanto, foram utilizados elementos sociológicos e históricos, de modo a possibilitar a compreensão das consequências da opção pelo modelo de guarda compartilhada. Por fim, por meio da análise da elementos jurisprudenciais procurou-se destacar elementos concretos que devem ser enfrentados pela preferência legislativa pela guarda compartilhada. A conclusão é de que a guarda compartilhada corresponde ao modelo que melhor atende aos interesses das crianças, podendo, diante das circunstâncias do caso concreto apuradas sob o devido processo legal, ser afastada se este interesse não for atendido
Enabling P4 Network Telemetry in Edge Micro Data Centers With Kubernetes Orchestration
Integrating computation resources with networking technologies is an hot research topic targeting the optimization of containers deployment on a set of host machines interconnected by a network infrastructure. Particularly, next generation edge nodes will offer significant advantages leveraging on integrated computation resources and networking awareness, enabling configurable, granular and monitorable quality of service to different micro-services, applications and tenants, especially in terms of bounded end-to-end latency. In this regard, SDN is a key technology enabling network telemetry and traffic switching with the granularity of the single traffic flow. However, currently available solutions are based on legacy SDN techniques, not enabling the matching of tunneled traffic, and thus require a tricky integration inside the hosts where containers are deployed. This work considers Kubernetes clusters deployed on next generation edge micro data center platforms and proposes an innovative SDN solution exploiting the P4 technology to gain visibility inside tunnelled traffic exchanged among pods. This way, the integration is achieved at the control plane level through the communication between Kubernetes and the SDN controller. The proposed solution is experimentally validated including a comprehensive framework enabling effective traffic switching and in-band telemetry at pod level. The major paper contributions consist in the design and the development of: (i) the networking applications at SDN control plane level; (ii) the P4 switch pipeline at the data plane level; (iii) the monitoring system used to collect, aggregate and elaborate the telemetry data
